Hey! I'm back!

Well, it's been over a year since my little foray into blog-world, and I must say I had no idea this brain-fart had received any attention whatsoever. Imagine my surprise to find that not only had my epistle about the joys of maltitol been mentioned in Jimmy Moore's website, but people actually visited and left comments!

Really, my thanks to everyone. I am absolutely delighted, and ready to start blogging my butt off.
